Go into customize and scroll down just a bit and click “add new page”
That new page will be your new ask box page so name accordingly (don’t name it ask)ex: {your url}/message
so type up all your FAQ and then click this button:
That will take you to the html of your new page, where you go all the way to the bottom and paste this:
{TUMBLR NAME HERE}.tumblr.com” width=”100%”>
<!—[if IE]>document.getElementById(‘ask_form’).allowTransparency=true;<![endif]—>
the size can be edited on that^^ just adjust where it says height and width
Click save and voila! Now instead of putting a link to “url”.tumblr.com/ask you would edit it in the html to: “url”.tumblr.com/insertnameofnewpagewithfaqandask
depending on what kind of theme you have, it may have a built in ask link, and if so, you go back to customize, click this:
and scroll until you find where it will say ask link “/ask” , or something similar, so you just switch the “/ask” to your new page link.
