Most days the #croquetas at bar España, in the plaza mayor of Barco de Avila, are freshly made and brought out to you as either a ración of 8 or as a tapa of as many as you order. When fresh, these jamón croquetas with their chunky bits of jamón are delicious. When reheated and served up, they are uninspiring.
