I found a great spot for a long exposure of this lighthouse, set up my camera and waited for the lighthouse to shine. After two hours and complete darkness it was clear that it wasn't coming on. Turns out it's shut down for maintenance. Instead I managed to get this shot with a nice starry sky in the background on my way back.
