Gaster!Papyrus Headcanons
(No one asked for these but I’m doing them anyway BECAUSE I’M WEAK FOR THIS MAN)
Where G!Sans is rocking the bad boy look, G!Papyrus is the physical manifestation of chivalry
Opening doors, pulling out chairs, no skin on skin contact, charming smiles, all-round formal language, this is the result you get when you combine Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston into a skeleton monster
Yes, he has their sass too, but it’s far more subtle
He’s also that person who ends up adopting all the stray animals on the block
He’s the kind of guy who will pull his car over so he can help an old lady with her grocery bags, or will teach a homeless person how to play an instrument so they can earn money on the streets
I’m not quite sure if he’d be more of a sciences or an arts guy, so he’d probably be the kind of artist who uses science in their art
Or maybe he’s a total bookworm who’s in love with anything sci-fi
Unlike most incarnations of Papyrus, this one CAN cook, but everyone thinks he can’t
(he’s the one always experimenting with food flavors and textures so whenever someone walks in on him trying out something new they get a bit wary)
Now that I think about it, he’d probably be all up on Food Network too

So in the original G!Sans backstory, it’s Sans and Gaster who gets fused together, so if G!Sans and G!Paps were to ever be in the same room, I’m guessing that it would be Papyrus in another timeline that fused with Gaster and not Sans
G!Sans and G!Paps totally didn’t adopt each other because they remind each other of their lost brothers
Also, any nicknames for his S/O would most likely be the following:
Dear, dearest, beloved, cherished, my heart/soul, my love, darling, (nickname) dear, etc.
