Oh, goodness thank you so much for this ask! I've been itching to talk about horror flicks on this account!!! They're one of my special interests!
That's really hard to answer though! I am a huge fan of all slashers, grindhouse movies, exploitation films, and especially 70s giallo! I love horror whether it's silly and campy or bleak and serious! I can find so much joy in it no matter what.
I just can't pick one. I'll send you a list of my favorites from multiple subgenres in no particular order. All of these are objectively good because my taste is excellent. They are all very gorey and usually pretty damn erotic too. (Not that I really differentiate...)
