The fact that in today’s 21st century, we can assure that technology has brought us to the world of transparency and exposure, which by means that is the some easy way to give and receive information. Technically, it has a greater impact when it comes to Information Literacy. The exaltation of the usage of social media has specifically intensifies the probability of being an ignorant user or citizen. Relevance of Information Literacy that we gather is for us to focus more on the evidence and the openness of the influence of media. It shows that the central point of understanding the relevance of Information Literacy will spark the minds of the suitable and legitimate of gathering right information. Over the times, it is practiced, the relevance in the world of internet. Since it is for everyone, then it enable us to be structured enough to any certain social media platforms.
For us users, it is extremely important to understand the relevance of Information Literacy in the Midst of Social Era for us to acknowledge the impacts of it. Socializing nowadays has a topmost prior concern of misinformation. We should be critically open to certain point in any social media platforms. Careless gathering of irrelevant information will simply spread to any social media platform accordingly to the reader’s will. If we continue to practice this kind of misguided usage of social media, we may apparently lead others to the side where toxicity and negativity are abundant. Informative minds like us social media users are most likely starve to information for us to be updated, hence, we should start being a responsible user and apply integrity for us to benefit the social media platform in a right way. We should know the relevance of the information that we gather in this midst era for us to detect a certain legitimacy and rather we should be analytically sensitive for able to circulate knowledge to the public either it is blind or not.
