im gonna be forever irkeddd that my father was no worse than the average strict asian parent, but it was due to a set of very unfortunate coincidences and random factors that resulted in us accumulating enough trauma to end up a highly fragmented and semi dysfunctional system. gwuhhh it would've been so different if literally one thing in our situation was different. gwuhhhh
#im mostly over this! just. really irked if i think too hard about it still. but we cringe on#a side effect of our system origins being like this is that i feel reallllllllllly invalid when i see other systems like me#and they've all gone through horrible horrible unimaginable trauma#meanwhile us. we just had a mildly bad dad and drew the short end of the stick with our environment#i know that we're no less valid in theory and practice. but#gaaaaaaaaaaaaah#the yapperrr#⚡#system stuff
