Work in progress, first draft. I’m drawing a #GelatinousCube for Chris Gonnerman’s upcoming Handbook of Monsters for the Iron Falcon RPG. I’ve done test design sketches for the cube itself but what didn’t anticipate was that the perspective would take a lot of work to get right. I understand the concept and how to do it but I had a lot of false starts and had to redo the guidelines for this piece. Note that this isn’t the final version. I’m going to replace the character in front of the cube with a couple of adventurers trying to pull themselves out of the cube. The cube itself also needs polishing as well as added junk inside. . Lastly, the final version will be in Black & White.
