hi!! can you tell us some good music to listen too?
Hey there! I can give you a list of songs that I really like, but be forewarned: I have an extremely eclectic taste in music. ;)
In no particular order:
What He Wrote - Laura Marling (anything by her will be the most ethereal song you’ve ever heard, guaranteed)
Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen (fun fact: I know this song from start to finish. I can and will sing it if you bring it up in normal conversation)
Numb - Marina and the Diamonds
Crown on the Ground - Sleigh Bells
Come On Eileen - Dexy’s Midnight Runners
Pride & Prejudice OST
Lilo & Sitch OST (or anything Disney, really)
The Way I Am - Ingrid Michaelson (also check out Let’s Get Rich by her, too)
New Soul - Yael Naim
Mama’s Broken Heart - Miranda Lambert
Piano Man - Billy Joel (he has so many great songs, but my other favorites are She’s Always A Woman and For The Longest Time)
212 - Azaelia Banks
The Cave - Mumford & Sons (or anything at all by them)
Die Young - Ke$ha
Bailar - Jarabe de Palo
On My Own - Les Miserables OCR (honestly you can pick any song from this show because they are all 100% magnificent. i just chose one of my personal favorites)
Kiss Me - Sixpence None The Richer
Want U Back - Cher Lloyd
Cups - Anna Kendrick (or if you prefer the original performers, Lulu and the Lampshades)
Hurt - Johnny Cash (again, anything by Mr. Cash will be a crowd pleaser)
I Saw The Sign - Ace of Base
I Would Walk (500 Miles) - The Proclaimers
My Own Worst Enemy - Lit
Let Her Go -Passenger
and anything by Journey or The Decemberists!
(this turned out to be a pretty long list. hopefully there will be something in there for everyone!)
are you dutch?
yep :-)
