Today's Gaeilge... thing I noticed...

Splitting numbers around the noun they are enumerating.

Eleven people is aon duine dhéag (according to Duolingo). Eleven is aon dhéag or aon déag (I think?). Like it's not on the level of mental gymnastics that French gets up to but... why?

I have started learning Irigh on duolingo and I can proudly say that I have already learnt the most important phrase.
