Hey kev! I’m more just an admirer but some obvious tips off the top of my head:
Eat more, move less
Lots of carbs
Eat a lot before bed
Snacking and grazing between meals can be more effective than huge stuffings
Drink your calories (keep drinking water too tho, stay hydrated!)
You look like you’ve got it figured out already 😉
Does anyone have advice on how to gain while still eating healthy? Cause I want to explore gaining but if I eat literally anything the slightest bit unhealthy I'll die lol (I'm talking fast food or like shitty takeout or just super processed stuff). I just want to start off with some light gains and see where it takes me

Progress!
It’s been a little while since my last post, so I wanted to give you all a quick update.
The past few days, have been basically me just eating whatever I want, whenever I want and, it’s definitely starting to show 😅
