tips on how to get more followers?
I seem to get this question alot, so i'm going to tag this post with "gainingtips" so you guys can see it when you need it(:
BE ACTIVE, people don't want to follow someone who never talks to their followers or doesn't have any posts to reblog from.
GET A NICE THEME, if you have cool posts that's all dandy, but if your theme isn't nice, when your followers visit they're not going to want to stay there.
STICK WITH ONE POST STYLE, that's the best way to gain followers and it's easiest to do queues.
GET QPLUS/ARCHIVE POSTER OR USE YOUR TUMBLR QUEUE, this is important because you can stay active all the time because your blog will constantly be posting. Don't forget to reblog stuff yourself every once in a while though.
JOIN NETWORKS! not only will you get friends but you will meet people who are also interested in gaining followers and could possibly no more than you about tumblr.
USE ALTERNATIVE WEBSITES! like tumblrplug, gatherfollowers, facebook.
PROMOS? this is against the tumblr guidelines but if you're willing to risk it, you gain fast.
HAVE A FAB URL, this will attract more people to your blog.
DO FOLLOW FOR FOLLOW, and ONLY unfollow people who unfollowed first. You don't have to do this for your whole time on tumblr but its a good start. You can make posts and tag them "f4f, follow for follow and etc"
