Individuality was, among the squads here and bustle of the twi’lek people and his own, cherished. They wanted to allow the clones the ability to show who they were as individuals among the masses. Same as they themselves could. But his men, in their masses, had squabbles here and there. Often times, they were brought to him and he would set them straight. But this one... his only crime was not being the same as the others. When none of them were the same either. He was good at listening. And people appreciated him all the more for it. The bodies of their brothers had long since been removed... the Twi’lek people currently holding memoriums for them... a means of celebrating their lives, while mourning their deaths.
The Captain listened to the grievance, his attention moving to the younger trooper while he settled his helm beside him. “Between you and me,” There was a pause, the captain searching for the words to speak before he shifted, “I really hope we can be seen as more.” The Twi’lek people seemed to see them as more than just cogs int he republic machine… they were genuine.. they wished to help them free their planet from the seppies. “Sometimes I wonder, what will become of us when this fight is over? We were born to fight the war, but what happens when we win?” He frowned a little. “But then, I don’t know if I want to know the answer.” He knew it had nothing to do with the grievance. But the point would eventually make it there. “But, to answer your question… I think it would be something… and it might be something that I think even the jedi would be proud of… if there were any here.”
