In which Xavier is the "MC," and we are the fictional love interest in our own Galge game.

Note: calling this a quickie, the way I came on here and finished fast. Jokes aside, I actually just typed this on the spot, so if you see spelling mistakes...no, you don't.

"FUC-" before I could even finish my sweet word, my friend interrupts me.

"Again? Dude, what is with you and that game. You're like some lonely Incel." I snap my head towards him, throwing daggers with my stare, "Drop dead, Sylus. Unless you'll let me borrow some money for in-game currency, don't speak" he just chuckles and turns his gaze back to his phone. And so do I.

I had stumbled upon a Galge app during my YouTube rot dedicated time. The add was horribly made, but the main charater was just so stunning. Her characteristics were NOT made any justice in the apps promotion. None the less, I instantly downloaded the game. But now, it's been months, and I haven't been able to accumulate enough in-game currency to pull for her upcoming banner. So I decided to parallel play with Sylus since I tend to jump into wanting to spend my riches on buying the currency, actually-

"Hey...sylus." I look up from my phone, well, tried too. I was too caught up with dressing up my sweet. "Yeah? What's up?" He too semi lifts his head from his screen.

"Do you think you can lend me 400?" Yeah. Without a doubt he'll reject me.

"On the condition that I can laugh at you when you don't manage to get the card that you want without having you beating me for it."

"Deal."

*Ding* Sylus has sent you 400$

My eyes glimmer, my hands shake. Finally. After farming for so long, I can finally pull in peace. I quickly get things settled, and even calculating what to use the rest of the in-game currency for. After that's settled, I get up from my seat and make my way to Sylus.

"Alright, I'm going to start. My goal? Pull her card within 100 pulls" I say excitedly. But I only hear him let out a snort. I roll my eyes and start my screen record. This was totally going to be memorable.

-after 80 pulls-

"YES!" I jump. Kick and punch the air in excitement. "I GOT IT, LOOK" i show my screen to Sylus, "YOU SEE THAT? I GOT HER. HAHAAAAA, JOKES ON YOU, AND IN 80 PULLS."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Congrats, Xavier, you managed to pull a fictional characters card! What an achievement." His sarcastic clapping was the cherry on top of it all. But what does it matter?! I GOT MY SWEET.

My OC River Brooks the Mage

All drawn without any sketching, tracing, blocking-in, or any pose reference etc. as usual. Glad that I’m regaining a bit of my old drawing skills again here, lol; for a while I kept overthinking and my art deteriorated badly as a result of that 😅 Sometimes I get in over my head… >_< 💦 I drew the 1st picture’s lineart back on 29th October 2024, it’s only recently in February 2026 that I finally colored it. The second picture (on page 2) was drawn on 4th January 2026. But I drew the background in the 2nd picture first lol, then reused it for my 1st picture 😆

I randomly designed my OC, lol. Pretty much threw almost any accessory I could think of in 😂

This is my 26th illustration of my OCs that I uploaded in my deviantART folder “My OCs”, BUT please note that some of the illustrations are uploaded together in a single multi-page upload, so you will only see 25 uploads at first glance in the folder.

(Of course I will not count alternate versions in this total, but WIPs/remakes are counted).
