School this morning literally sucked the life out me. I am Dylan's ghost...boo!
The ground was cold and just the slightest bit wet, but Lily sat down anyway. She made sure her spot was far enough away from everybody else in the hopes that she wouldn’t be noticed. Social gatherings were never in her range of interests, but the bonfire was mandatory and Lily was never one to break a rule. Her headphones were already placed in her ears and Arctic Monkeys were flowing through. She opened her book in her lap and stuck her mini book-light at the top of the page. One day she would be brave and social, but today was not that day.
I'm pretty sure I was not supposed to see that. I'll actually pretend I didn't notice it. Next time you cheat on a test, make sure no one is there to see it.
I feel like I should study, but I'm burnt out.
