Visiting three nature reserves around Vienna in the last two weeks (one of them officially called "bird paradise") in the hope of seeing some birds, this was the closest thing to a bird that I got in front of my camera. Galloway cattle, Eckartsau (Lower Austria), March 2026. (They are employed there for grassland maintenance. Sadly, the good job they do will not save them from being eaten, but at least they have a decent life while it lasts.)

The bovine right of Kingsley

Chivani Kingsley, that is, who wondered what he might look like as a Galloway bull (known for their shaggy hair, lack of horns, and gentle demeanor). Seems he's sneaking a free sample from a local wheat field while he enjoys the view.
