      There’s a pause as she poked at her drink. Belatedly realizing that, yes, she was being a bit daft, starting up a conversation with a stranger. Clarke may not have had the BEST social intelligence, but she wasn’t a blithering idiot about it either. 

      “Or not -- sorry. I get chatty when abandoned. It’s a failing.” Vodka would be the culprit, there. And nerves, there were those. She’d had a -- weird day. In a very ROMARO sense of the word. 

      “Say shoo fly, and I’ll shoo. Or I could start rambling about poetry. Either or.”

They're warm, like she's been laying out in the sun. "And being with Wednesday... That really can't help... I just...
