Week 2: Observe, Reflect, & Share
Game 2, Start.
For this week, we are tasked to perform Game 2, the Fishbowl game.
Each of the group members provided a specific topic in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. So basically, this Game is a continuation from Game 1. Out of the 5 topics we provided, we agreed to select and talk about biogas. Biogas is a gaseous renewable energy source made from raw materials such as agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material, sewage, green waste, wastewater, and food scraps.
We divide the group into 2 members each. Each member will play as a "player" and the other is an "observer". In this game, I understand and appreciate the concept of collaboration. Where we communicate, and acknowledge one's ideas and confidence. In this game, the goal is for us to build the teamwork and trust. Where we can share our thoughts directly without doubts, that leads us to success. Observe.
The importance of observation is the key to realizing ourselves if we know little but don't know the full details or vice versa. With the help of the 7P's, we can create questions and measure the scope of our knowledge towards the topic selected. We can easily see and understand what is the community or what is it surrounded about. In this way, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses, and the holes in our team to directly cover or counterattack. Reflect.
With the trust we built, we can confidently share the ideas we know and we don't know among our peers. This leads us to properly communicate and discuss what we know and what we don't know. We can help by answering the question one is so unsure about. In this techno world, we all act bot as the player and the observer. Share.
To enhance knowledge, problem-solving skills, and team cohesion in the context of sustainable development.
