I havnt watched Poketubers in years, and the drama in the community earlier this year certainly didn’t press me to start again, but I stumbled across a GameboyLuke live stream a few weeks ago and all of a sudden every spare moment of free time I get I’m watching his videos. Feels like 2015 again and it’s awesome!

I want to make this brief.

The Pokemon community is hurting. Particularly, I mean within the realm of the English-speaking PokeTubers/Twitch streamers.

If you’ve been on Twitter in the past hour or so and follow @TheHeatedMo, @GameboyLuke, and/or @HoodlumCallum, then you already know what’s up.

I’m not going to say their name because I don’t want it on my blog, but they don’t really need an introduction, and some of you probably aren’t even blind-sided by this. It was a bit of a sucker punch to me because I was a fan for so long without picking up any of the indicators that the others in that circle, especially Luke, Mo, & Callum, were giving off.

There are just bad people in every community, like disgusting. They don’t deserve our attention or support.

My heart goes out to you 3 and anyone else who’s been hurt.

Been watching @gameboyluke's Emerald Extreme Randomizer where every Pokemon up through Gen III has randomized types, abilities, movesets, and evolutions. It's pretty awesome. The MVP of Luke's team right now is Gookeh, a Ground/Electric Kingler. Thought I'd give a go at designing what a Kingler like that might look like. Might do more, we'll see.
