Tenko heard that one of the female students from Hope’s Peak Academy was putting on a dance performance, so she went to go see it. She did not expect the small, blonde girl walking onto the stage. 

What Tenko expected less was the absolutely graceful performance that the blonde girl put on. It was such an astounding performance, that Tenko could only stand there among the audience, watching in awe.

     Mikan hadn’t played many video games, so she was sure she’d be annoying if she played with anyone. She would probably mess up so many times it wouldn’t be worth it to play with her. She’d just hold Chiaki back.

Mikan shuffled her feet and sniffled a bit as she walked along the path to her destination. She was taking her sweet time, trying to pull herself together to make herself appear as her best self for the person she was told to meet with. After all, if she looked like she had been recently crying or was crying at their door, it would be a disaster. Surely, Yukizome-sensei had everyone’s best interest in mind when she had specifically given Mikan the task of delivering paperwork to the student who was absent. But Mikan, rightfully, had some concerns as to how well this was going to work out. She stepped up to the door of their dorm and lightly knocked. “Sa.....Saionji-san? Are you here?”

— It was Mahiru’s idea to go to the field near Hope’s Peak that day. She had to get the photos for her portfolio, and she asked Hiyoko to come with her. Thankfully, the weather was going to be good that day and they wouldn’t have to plan any last minute escapes if it began to rain.

When Mahiru’s gaze was focused on the screen of her camera, trying to set her camera to the right settings, she wasn’t really paying attention to Hiyoko. That was until her name was called, checking her attention. She looked over to Hiyoko, with a small ‘Hm?’ When she did, however, the other placed a flower in her hair.

“Hiyoko-chan,” The photographer had then paused for a moment, “Would you mind if I got a photo of you while we’re here?”

       “It’s best that we don’t go into too much detail yet. Besides, if we make the wrong steps, it could be fatal to your friends’ mental health. Our goal is to ensure everyone makes it out of the NeoWorld without any problems, but I doubt at this point that much is possible.”

   Kyoko’s fingers danced along the keyboard in quick succession. As she tried different maneuvers and sectors, she was blocked off from each turning point. This wasn’t going to be an easy feat to go about. Whatever was going on--- this virus was big and on many levels passed their understanding.
