(FYI a family that small is pretty rare for non-humans.) Appearance: (Azure skin, the left half of her hair is red while the right half is pink. Said hair is also back-length. Her swords are rather Wiimote-based in design, just long, and with one having a red stripe while the other has a pink stripe. Slightly above-average height, kind of slim build. Has a strange opening/hole on the back of her neck that looks kind of like a controller's cord can be plugged in to it.)

Biography: Pilot of just about every vehicle (well, the Hemrit's usually Red's thing, but she's good with that) and can control them all very well. She really doesn't understand why so many people, even those back in her home city, have had issues with being underwater - the "water segments" of their lives. She's combatted the slow speed and her kind does can breathe underneath a good number of liquids. Annoying little enemy-creatures that keep swimming after them? Pssh. She knows how to use floodsub moves to easily go after any of them.
Appearance: (Jade green skin, rose-pink fire-like hair. Webbed feet and hands. Small dolphin tail-like... tail sticking from her lower back, except the fins are extremely sharp and flat. Average height, kind of chubby.)

Biography: Just driving around, probably firing glitter at whatever foe is going out and around the streets at the time (disturbingly, this has become a lot more common lately -- METALS has definitely been upping their production rates. Kind of funny for them to have a constant growth or decay in anything, considering their obsession with the status quo) and taking missions when not performing tasks under the Striking Degree name. Has no real long-term goal except maybe to gain enjoyment out of being a superheroine. It's payed off for her pretty well so far, but take it as an important note to never just join the added baggage of being a superhero "for the fun of it." This is also not why she joined in.
Appearance: (Bright pink skin, deep hot pink hair, both of which have a glitter-y texture to them. Extremely tall, kind of slim-ish. Has a pair of dark purple tails, side-by-side, with one having a tip shaped like a star symbol, and one shaped like a heart symbol. Can have organic wheels extract from under her heels and roll around with them, and can spawn small, not-very-damaging lasers from her fingertips.)
[If you're wondering what this has to do with games... she's supposed to be based on a sort of "wide open sandbox" genre, except she's also kind of glitter-associated because that was the next art tool I could think of at the time.]

Biography: Microbiology really helps one understand that poison-class infections are not of the simple "the enemy is dyed a certain color, and gradually feels pain." Well, actually, Magenta's type of poison kind of is. But Cascool has a lot of other status ailments that mix into one. Fatigue, debuff, general sickness... she isn't fond of inflicting her own brand of poisoning on the enemies and would prefer quicker ways to put enemy beasts out of their misery, and she thinks that a "shrink" ailment would be perfect for the job, but that's a bit too high above the budget of the Degrees. Size-altering is surprisingly difficult.
It's "funny" because video games with status effects heh heh heh.
Appearance: (Pale skin, tall and really thin appearance. Very long gray hair with some streaks of red, her fingers become a bright, glowing yellow towards the tips. Does not look any older than most of the other Striking Degrees despite that vaugely wizard-esque description (they're all supposed to be young-to-mid adults, maybe). Has a strange gray cloth-like thing which is actually part of her body, which kind of goes from her neck and downwards like a sort of short cloak. Sticking from each side of her mid-section is a large spike that looks like a sword made of ruby, but using it in the regular Striking Degrees form of combat (which generally involves weapons or elements and is rarely hand-to-hand) doesn't have much use.)
