I love this type of bad guy bro!!! He’s literally Dr. Two brains and the ice king coded with his own lil puzzle-y spin looking like a kid friendly Doll eye oc! (It’s a game look it up)

I mean he just looks like a ex dad who’s just trying his best and is lonely 3/4 of the time 😭

Future Publishing did 2 very similar prototype N64 magazines as inserts into Super Play and Gamesmaster in August and October of 1996. They'd finally come out with N64 Magazine in April 1997
