look at my son!
on one hand i want to replay silent hill f because the story and setting are great and i really want to get the other endings and the additional story pieces myself, on the other hand i don't want to deal with whatever the hell that combat system is. (rant under the cut)
being jumped by more than two enemies at a time is so frustrating because you can't keep track of them all and the stamina bar makes it impossible to dodge all their attacks and healing can be interrupted plus combat power also kinda depends on luck with the omamori draws (which should get better as you progress but i had shit luck on my first run). and to top it off you also have breakable weapons and a sanity bar. like what the hell, man.
if you give me the difficulty setting "story" to experience the story, i don't want to have to memorize enemy attack patterns and master counter and dodge mechanics. i want to bonk non-boss monsters over the head with a steel pipe a few times and be done with it.
This is the best line in this game alqskglskqdl
