Gaming Gallery - Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, also known as Fire Emblem 8, was released in Japan on October 7, 2004. It was the second game in the Fire Emblem series to be released outside of the country. The game takes place on the continent of Magvel. When the kingdom of Grado unexpectedly attacked Renais, a catastrophic war began. In the end, it is discovered that the war was caused by the Demon King, a legendary creature that could only be defeated by the Sacred Stones.
fun fact: It is a recurring theme in the Fire Emblem series to have a significant object called the Fire Emblem in each game. Fans often mistake and believe that this theme is absent in this game. However, in one scene, it is mentioned that the Fire Emblem is another name for Grado’s Sacred Stone.
