River + ... rivers/water in general

You know, I don’t really have a well-thought-out headcanon for this. I mostly just want River to go visit the Gamma Forests during one of her university breaks because, like, she was named after those rivers, and just sort of hang out and have a fling with a nice Gamma Girl. Possibly a fling that involves swimming in a river and snogging while they’re all wet. Yes. That would be nice.

Have you ever visited the Gamma Forests? From what little I have heard, it is actually rather boring there. But really, entire forests made of gamma? How could that possibly ever be boring? And there's a bit of an odd saying that goes with the place... "The only water in the forest is a river."

Doctor: I’ve heard of the place, yeah. Never been, not yet. One day. The culture of the people inhabiting the forest is fascinating. They’re human, but they’ve been living there so long they have their own language and their own traditions. Fantastic traditions. The prayer leaves are brilliant, bits of fabric with a new baby’s name stitched into it. They’re given to the parents with the idea that the baby, once grown, will always come home.

Anyone think of a good name for the language of the Gamma Forest?

I'm writing a new fic and so far I'm just calling it Gamma but I was wondering if anyone else has a better idea.
