Level 5 Pizza Slices (Bruce & Jane)
Jane had been extremely busy as of late. She felt like she owed everyone explanations, but...classified was classified. She would 'trust the system' until she felt there was reason to do otherwise.
She usually drove herself into the city, but today she'd taken a car in. This allowed her to get some extra sleep - and she finally admitted to herself that she needed it. Wearing boots, jeans, and an oversized plaid shirt over a Culver University tee, the scientist delicately extracted her sleeping daughter from the car, resisting help from the agent that had driven her. She got the stroller out herself, too, and placed Brynhildr in it. Then she pushed the stroller through the city, amazed that the baby stayed sleeping even in the city streets.
"Just like your father," she said, pushing the stroller over to the pizza place.
It wasn't a far distance from where the car had let them off, but the baby was getting a bit heavy for Jane to carry, since she was half-Asgardian. A kind lady held the door open for her and in she went, a hand brushing her hair behind her ear as she looked for Bruce.
