(Fictional) Gangs of Annapolis: Bloodhound Boys. While initially a group of stay-at-home Dads who bonded over a shared love of Bloodhounds, Foxhounds and other scent hounds, the group quickly took to defending their walking routes from all other types of dogs. From there, they moved into the trafficking of counterfeit dog whistles, illegally imported chew toys and restricted treaties, forming an alliance with the Rotten Pelicans, a group of yacht bound ornithologists, who help traffic this contraband into the town. The Bloodhound Boys currently control territory that stretches a little over ten residential blocks, marked with splashes of yellow paint on lampposts and fire hydrants, aggressively defending this from rival gangs with loud barking and snarling. They are currently lead by Preston Fitworth esq, with his teenage son, Chuck, as his second in charge.
