a nice big, bold, upper right headline for our woodstein. elsewhere, metro pd shoots a 16yo kid outside an elementary school (and my former polling place) for trying to steal a bike they fuckin planted outside a safeway. on the same day, a handful of teens were fucking around in ft washington park in PG county and, after they "tried to run" park police on a scooter "off the road", he shot one in the head. the kid somehow lived, but when they drove him to a drug store to call for help, then a mall parking lot, the cops got there first and...arrested all three.
