ESGS has always been an extra-special event in my heart, but this year was doubly so as it is my first time in it as part of the new #GariathConcepts as a League Operations Team Lead for one of our biggest projects. But while this is all happening the FGC soul inside me still burns, so I ended up debuting the new "NTR Gaming and Furenzu" fighting game group at the Fighting Game Arena in support of the SoulCal, animu and TitoFG scenes. Even if I'm not around personally to help out in the NTR Gaming area, I'm very happy to provide them a platform for them to host these less popular games. I even heard there's some new blood for the Virtua Fighter scene now too! As I enter another week of grueling managerial stuff, let me offer my shoutouts to the following folks: - my Gariath Concepts fam for making all of this work despite the hardships we faced - my NTR Gaming and Furenzu fam for stepping up to the plate for the love of yhe games we play (special mention to Ry, Dix, Migz, Reki, Allen, Riel, Tito Steef for their help) - PlayBook Esports team for the opportunity to have the side tourneys - Cosmic Gorgons fam for allowing me to stash my monitors in their HQ - the MET team for their guidance and advice while holding the DOTA2 games - Mo for the Starbucks haha To all my friends who dropped by the ESPN booth, I'm sorry if it was a short time but thanks for visiting!
