Ingredients: 8 oz whole wheat pasta. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth. 2 tbsp cornstarch. 1 cup non-fat milk. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until well combined. Pour the chicken broth mixture into the skillet with garlic.
