Flyer High
I do my garrison chores every time I log on. Sometimes that includes up to 4 different characters just because I want a lil extra gold, or a little big more profession exp. The other day I asked myself why. In fact, on my main I cannot make use of any of the EXP missions at all because all of my followers are fully geared and grown. They get all the gold they want and it’s almost not even fun to see if it’ll work out. It’s just habit.
Back when I started this comic, the whole premise was pretty much “Isn’t it funny that we spend time in WoW not playing WoW? Isn’t it funny that we just do garrison stuff and pretty much nothing else?” Well that’s something that got me thinking how hard it will be to do comic strips when Legion comes out. That is, until recently when I realized that we were doing non-MMO stuff even before garrisons were a feature. At some point, I think everyone hits a point where they ask themselves “Why did I log in, today?” only to log off. But, that feeling never keeps us from logging in the next day and we do it all over again. It’s that cycle that binds us as brothers and sisters, and that sense of tortured community is what keeps the world spinning.
I love you.
