Insurgents Seize Port In Gas-Rich Northern Mozambique

Mozambique Islamist insurgents have captured a major port, close to the site of natural gas projects worth some $60 billion.  The heavily-defended port in the far northern Mozambique town of Mocimboa da Praia, was seized after days of heavy fighting.  There are reports that rebels, linked to the Islamic State group, have captured the key port.
