Steamroller League - Game 1
If I recall correctly, I mentioned in my post a few days ago that I had entered a Steamroller League. My group consists of me (playing Legion) as well as a Trollblood, Skorne and Cryx player. Yesterday I got to play my first game, against the Cryx player fielding Gaspy 3.

The Scenario was Two Fronts.
I won't go into details regarding the game itself since it was quite straight forward. We both just ran at eachother in the middle, trying to kill as much as possible before the scoring began.
Due to Rhyas having only 5 fury (and thus a control area of 10") while Gaspy3 has 7 focus (i.e. a 14" control) I was able to hid my objective behind a sea of sacrificial bodies (both Ogryn and Nyss) while I hid Rhyas in the corner of my right hand zone and thus was able to score while he still had to get through my army. In a dire attempt to assassinate Rhyas towards the game he charged through three of my Blighted Swordsmen and from undamaged he fell to those three blades. All three averaging P+S + 4D6 = about 30 (and Gaspy having with full focus camp approximately Armour 24 if I recall correctly).
If all goes according to plan I will play against my next game this weekend, so I'll keep you updated. With one win in the bag I hope to at least win one more and go on to the finals.
