In GATE 2021 chemistry paper, most of the questions that’s 55 are asked from core subjects and 10 questions from General Aptitude. Candidates only have 3 hours to finish the online exam. there’ll be negative markings for every incorrect response. Check GATE 2021 Exam Pattern
The paper code for Chemistry paper is CY and if you’ve got opted for this paper as your first paper then you’ll have 2 options to sit for the second paper i.e. CH or XL.
