time for the yearly(ish) tradition of redrawing my gates duo!! ft. an extra úrsula sketch bc i finally have her design finished and im very excited about it

it’s just nice to look back at the improvement i think :0 úrsula and axel are some of the most consistent characters i have so their designs haven’t changed terribly drastically, which means i can focus on like. art skill improvement when i do these redraws

munna time!! i haven’t drawn her in a while but i think i have finally got her design the way i want to be :0

her dress will change depending on the point in the game’s story but! the rest of her design will stay pretty much the same (unless i change it again and honestly wouldn’t put it past myself so)

but yeah! here’s munna!

if you’ve been on this blog for any amount of time you probably know that keldeo is one of my favorite gates characters and im SO happy to finally have his design somewhat down. there’s like little bits and pieces of it that are a work in progress but for the most part it’s done and im just over the moon! 

honestly i think this is the most headcanon indulgent design i have. and that’s excellent.

i was thinking about the ask that @suicunerider sent in, so here’s keldeo under the control of the bittercold

the smoke is supposed to be like the winds of despair but i think it’s a little too thick tbh — either way, he’s not having a great time of it rn 

also his hair is finally closer to how i want it to be thank god
