CIA's Declassified Document On Robert Monroe's Gateway Project

The declassified report given to the CIA by Wayne M. McDonnell on Robert Monroe's research and techniques involving out-of-body-experiences. The document is fascinating in many ways, including information on the holographic universe, remote-viewing, etc. As I wrote in the notes in the video, the techniques are probably obsolete in terms of what the CIA now has available, such as using autistic spies to remote-view (see The Telepathy Tapes videos below).
