These baby back ribs cooked in a barbecue style have the perfect mix of sweet, smoky, and savory flavors. The dry rub brings out the natural flavor of the meat, and the barbecue sauce makes a tasty glaze. These ribs are great for any gathering.
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon salt. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 cup barbecue sauce.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat around 350F / 175C. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor penetration. Rub the dry rub generously over both sides of the ribs, ensuring an even coating. Place the ribs on the preheated grill, bone side down. Cook for 2 hours, turning occasionally for even cooking. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, allowing it to caramelize and create a flavorful glaze. Once the ribs are tender and have a nice crust, remove them from the grill. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing between the bones. Serve the barbecue-style baby back ribs with extra barbecue sauce on the side. Enjoy your delicious and succulent barbecue ribs!
