Ingredients: 4 cups of mixed salad greens. 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup of black olives, sliced. 1/2 cup of red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, torn. 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup of Italian dressing. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and torn basil leaves in a large salad bowl. Mix the Italian dressing, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it around to cover everything evenly.
