Finally home...
Just getting in from spring break vacation with my kiddo's and my sister. All in all, it was a pretty good trip. We went to Gattlinburg Tnn and had a blast. Let me tell you all about it.....
We went through Gattlinburg and did the mirror maze with the kids, They absolutely loved it! We also went to the titanic museum (imo, it was well worth the cost to get in) There are over 400 artifacts from the titanic, valued at over 4 million. Although you can't take pictures inside the museum, it was still my all time favorite thing on the trip. They recreated the staircase, which was awesome. They had an iceberg wall, and a starry night room where it was built to look like the side of the ship on a dark night. You can even reach over the side and touch some water that is kept at 28 degrees, the same as the ocean water where the titanic sank. It was a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!
We also hiked out to grotto falls and went to the appalachian trail. It was located right on the TNN/North Carolina line. It was pretty cool. Maybe one day, I get the chance to hike further on the AT. The views there were simply amazing.
anywho, as much fun as I had, I am glad to be back home.
Out for now,
Rebecca
