Great book! Short sweet and to the point. Total listening time is 3 hours. Read by the author, Gavin DE Becker talks about how fear can and will save your life. The book mostly discusses domestic violence and how to identify red flags, specifically by using your intuition. Intuition that we sometimes, more often than not, overlook. We know who to look out for and who is a threat. He discusses how people long after their assault/attack/negative encounter saw all the indicators in plain sight but for one reason or another ignored them. I definitely recommend this short book. The only downside I got from listening to the audio book was that the audio was not great.
