As for where/when, that's quite difficult. Maybe the beginning, answer all my questions about the nature of life itself. Perhaps another planet with a nice restaurant and beach.

I would eat lots of brie and patte, go to Wonderland, kick everyone out and ride anything I wanted (water slides!!), I'd Fly to the ocean because I've always wanted to go, and once was not enough.

Doctor Who, but only if I was a companion or alien.
