happy and friendship headcanons for my main man Zote The Mighty

Ouuuugh

Happiness and friendship both are things Zote doesn’t come across/experience often, so this is one I had to think on

Zote doesn’t feel happy a whole lot, but when he does he has some key signs. He’s a lot less snappy, and tends to just kind of hang out and vibe. He won’t outwardly express happiness much, but he tends to be a lot more chill when he is happy. And if he’s feeling it to an extreme, that kind of happiness where you just can’t contain it? He gets fidgety. He’ll hum, tap his fingers or one foot, and.. he’ll actually smile a little.

As for friendship, that’s much more difficult for Zote. The man likes to push everyone away because he thinks the world is out to get him. To befriend him one needs to be persistent, but not too persistent, and it’s a fine line to walk. It takes a lot of time, because he has to learn to trust, but if you manage to befriend Zote he’s the sort that would rather just exist in your presence than try and talk.
