Shayne hummed to himself as he skimmed down his check list. He was trying to get things ready for the fundraising event tonight, wanting to make sure that everything was in place. He always worked to try and help out whenever it came to community services, so much so that he often came to recognize the people who were regulars. That was why he was so surprised to see Rhiannon. “Hey! It’s been a bit since we’ve seen you.” He waved, glad to see the young boy back. It had been a few weeks since he had last seen him. Truth be told, Rhi was a bit of a favorite of Shayne. He wasn’t sure if it was because he was extremely handsome or if it was simply his bright attitude, but either way, Shayne was always happy to spend time with Rhiannon.

they all had an important role to play in the group and he was started to see why the original puppet master picked them.  holden was trying hard not to think about it, focusing on the movie that gaia had picked for their sleepover, but it was far too artsy to keep his focus.  instead he slowly turned to one his his best friends and put the snacks down.  ❛  totally loving the movie so far, but i think i have another idea of what we can do.  ❜  his smile was only growing now that he was looking at his friend and not the screen.  ❛  i’m here till tomorrow, right?  let’s raid your closet!  i think out of all of us you definitely have the most  ...  expressive taste, which isn’t bad.  i just want to see if i can pull together some options for that party we’re going to.  ❜  by that point he didn’t care who had a game the next day, who had to study, who had a photography shoot early in the morning.  when holden got a party in his mind, no one was safe.  ❛  what do you say?  i promise not to make you look too boring and at the end of the day you always have veto power.  ❜

they had been shopping for nearly thirty minutes, but for lucas it had felt like hours. the pungent musk of the pop-up halloween store had clouded the werewolf’s senses. all of the colorful lights, the array of rainbow plastic costumes lining the walls & the repetitive singing gadgets weren’t doing his overstimulation any favors. he was starting to tire out, more than ready to pick a random costume & leave. micari, however, was meticulous in their costume planning. right after this they had to suit up & head out for a night of celebrations, so he shook his head & continued to dress himself up.  ❝okay... i think i’m ready,❞  he growls under his breath & exits his changing room.  ❝don’t you think it’s a little too... on the nose? i mean...❞  he gestures to his scantily clad werewolf costume as well micari’s equally skimpy tiger costume.  ❝i guess they are kinda... cute.❞

"people don’t normally think about how much intricate details have to go into designing a piece and i’m glad you can at least appreciate it.” he pulled out several different concepts of outfits that he was working on. even though gin’s parents were also in the industry, he felt safe sharing his progress with the other man. often times he even tried bouncing ideas off of him. “take a look at these for example.” marcelo handed all of the sketches to the other. “i had someone tell me if i would just hot glue these together.” the first was a funky design. pants with the left leg checkered and the right made out of leather. chunky sneakers, a crop top, and then a leather jacket tying it all together. the next design was more for the nightlife. the shirt was mesh with crystals sewn into it, instead of pants it was paired with a skirt that went above the knee and it was colorful, made out of latex. then the shoes consisted of platform boots. the final design was probably more comfortable. a long jacket with patterned pockets, a pair of sneakers, fishnet stockings, denim shorts with frayed ends, and a sleeveless turtleneck tying it all together. “do they look ugly?” technically marcelo already made them, but he wanted to hear gin’s opinion before moving forward with the conversation.

          being out and about with giu was interesting. joaquin had learned how to read the witch’s body ever since the incident several centuries ago. now he was still quite adept at knowing what was going on. that was why he went back home right away and made sure they didn’t have to spend too much time outside. “i was ready to tear them apart limb from limb.” it wasn’t really tabletop conversation, but still. joaquin walked up to giuletta, looking out the window in front of them. “you and thomas keep me focused.” he whispered, placing a soft kiss onto his coven mate’s shoulder.
