Yo why do they keep making weird changes to the technical on GBBO?

It’s not a show we watch for exciting new changes! We watch it because we like how it is!

Not only giving them no recipe at all, but giving them multiple red herring ingredients was diabolical

Finally done!!!! After making a cross stitch pattern for the technical challenges for the past 5 years, i finally decided to treat it as a stitch along. IT WAS SO HARD! Previously i had a full week to tweak a pattern and get it to where i like but this time it was only one evening so that i could have enough time to then stitch the pattern. I'm so glad i attempted this challenge, but i do not think i will attempt it again next year. Once is enough.

I think my favorite patterns were the red velvet cake and the taco pattern. If i could go back and re-design a couple it would be the s'mores and the squashed fly biscuit. I still like both designs, but i think i would have added a third overlapping s'more, and i would have made the squashed fly biscuit smaller and again done multiples. But this is what happens when i have only one evening to think about it.

As always you can find my patterns for free on deviantart, where i am also LPanne. I am thinking about moving my pattern archive somewhere else because of their AI art policy, but the only other site i can think of that does what i want is google drive but i want my archive to be found easily and not just through direct links. i know people are uploading on ko-fi but i don't want to suggest people tip me. I really need a place for PDFs because that is the biggest advantage of deviantart over tumblr.
