Works overshadowed by an adaptation
Lixia - Xuanzang (Journey to the West) - At least in the west Dragon Ball is much more well known
Merle - Wesley/Dread Pirate Roberts (The Princess Bride) - Originally a novel
Bhanu - Raksha (Jungle Book) - Also originally a novel
Giacinta - Josephine Balsamo (Arsène Lupin stories) - Lupin the III is much more framous
Weapon
Lixia - Jinchan(金蝉) - Kakkhara and Dust Beads. The Khakkhara is just a plain staff. Her dust beads have various effects though like being used as projectiles or giving her attacks elemental effects.
Merle - Montoya and Fezzik - A rapier and a pistol sword. Both can be charged with dust.
Bhanu - Vollmond Jaeger - A pair of spiked gauntlets with clawed fingers. The gauntlets have a few spikes that are on chains that can be used as projectiles.
Giacinta - Fantôme - A cane that also functions as a whip. The end of the cane has a hidden point and can be shot out. She also carries around a pistol.
Semblance
“Binding Voice” - When she makes contact with someone, she can mark them with a band that appears on their head Then when she chants, the band glows and it inflicts a headache on them as well as restricts their movements.
“To the Pain” - She can make any pain inflicted on her be felt by the attacker. If she has any hatred towards the attacker, the pain reflected can be amplified, but it’ll be lower if she’s fighting someone she likes.
“Wolf Pack” - He can create spectral wolves to assist him in combat. While there isn’t a limit to how many he create, he has to control them and he usually limits it to three or four at max.
“Glamour” - She can create illusions to change her appearance at will. The illusions aren’t solid and her shadow doesn’t reflect her disguise, but her semblance can change her voice.

Lixia - “Lixia (丽霞)” = Chinese for beautiful red clouds
Merle - “Merle” = French for blackbird.
Bhanu - “Bhanu” = A Sanskrit name meaning the sun
Giacinta - “Giacinta” = An Italian name meaning Hyacinth flower
