The in-story question would be: Why did V.V. have all those Geass children gather in an open field? Did he want to give a live concert? At any rate, it makes him look like a weirdo.
The out of story question is: Was it laziness or an impending deadline that made the artistic team at Sunrise only draw a bunch of kids and just copy and paste them?
The question to the viewers is: Can anyone spot Rolo (about eigtht years younger)? I don't think he's in there, though!
