Hi I need your help with something what is the best way to go about getting the ged and studying for it? I was homeschooled and I'm honestly not sure where my level of education is I feel like I could be in different grades for each subject and I'm not even sure if I'm of high school level I'm overwhelmed with where to start and if someone like me could even pass
Hey love :) I’m sorry it took me so long to respond. I totally understand your concern about passing; I dealt with the same thing. 4Tests has free GED practice tests that can show you what you should focus your studies on :)
For the GED as a whole, you have to sign up on the National GED website. Once there, you’ll be matched up with your local GED testing center (mine ended up being at my local community college). You’ll also find the local laws and stuff about getting your GED, and you can pay for your individual tests. There are four subjects in total, each ranging from about $35-50. You’re not required to take all the subjects at one time, and honestly, I recommend that you don’t.
I’m not sure if this helped or not, but feel free to ask more questions if you need to; I promise I’ll respond within 24 hours next time *facepalm*
