i dont understand the purple undershirt and leggings. and the SLIP ON SHOES???? WITH EITHER NO SOCKS / ANKLE SOCKS???

and i hear you say "oh the undershirt and leggings are for sun protection" THE NRC P.E UNIFORM HAS LONG-SLEEVED / PANTS VARIANTS???? WHY SPECIFICALLY GET THE SHORT SLEEVED AND SHORTS VARIANT IF YOU'RE JUST GOING TO COVER THEM UP FOR SUN PROTECTION ANYWAY???
