Located on the 6th Floor Of Ginza’s Tokyu Plaza Department Store in the Kiriko Public Lounge area, it really is not to be underestimated. Take a pit stop with a coffee by Obscura Coffee Roasters, green tea by Ocharaka tea store, or their seasonal cocktail list.
