Super Red Gel Food Color by CK Products

I love using this color red because I do not have to add a lot to achieve the true red I am looking for.  I use it in royal icing, frosting, cake batter, gumpaste and fondant. 

In the photo below I am using royal icing. 

The final result! A true fireman red! 

If you want it a tad darker, don't add more red, add Americolor Chocolate Brown, not much just a drop at a time. 

You will end up with a color like this... the one on the left is super red with nothing added to it. The one on the right has Americolor chocolate brown added. When working with dark colors it is best to allow the colors to sit overnight to mature into the color they will be. 

Here is a photo of the colors after drying about 20-30 minutes. As you can see the color changes, slightly. Be sure to purchase from our website.
